This Unique Regency Villa, c1828, situated in South East London, was the subject of a total restoration, and side extension, under the supervision of the Historical Buildings department. It was badly 'modernised' in the 1960's and required all of the period detailing such as joinery, plaster-work, fireplaces and stonework meticulously reinstating, but at the same time benefiting from 21st century technology. The finished property consisted of 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 3 receptions and beautifully landscaped gardens to front and rear.
